When using Microsoft's Single Sign-on (Login with Microsoft), we limit your login based on your company policy. If you're in a location where you cannot access your email or other work resources due to location-based lockdown, then you won't be able to use the Microsoft sign-in service.
You can sign in using a username and password (set during your first login) instead which won't be bound to those company policies by default. However, some organizations may further limit local accounts which would prevent you from signing in outside of your office, consult your HelpDesk manager for more information if you have difficulty logging in.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reach out to your organization's manager who can reset your password for you. If they are unavailable, you can reach out to our support team via email and we can provide you a temporary password to sign in.
